Members Engagement Platform

A Members Engagement Cloud Platform with integrated face recognition devices that can register members and automate marketing campaigns was developed for a Gym Client in Indonesia. The system allows members to track their Gym visits and helps increase Gym members retention.

The work scope of the project includes the following activities:

• Review customer internal processes

• Designing overall software and hardware architecture

• Identifying suitable hardware solutions to meet cost and technical requirements.

• Prototyping  a customized cloud dashboard with marketing campaign functions

• Integrating Cloud, APIs, and face recognition devices.
